Efforts

On the December of 2010, we completed our all electric kitchen, and a introduction of a hot/cold moderating catering car that transports food throughout the hospital.

We create event foods(such as First day of spring [Setsubun], Girl’s Festival [Hina-matsuri]) depending on the Season. Not only this we have placed boxes around the hospital, where patients can request what they would like to eat.Dish washing, and some parts of the kitchen is run by the people of “Support for Continuous Employment – Shiokaze”.

We the people of the Nutrition Management Unit provide food on a daily basis with “Safe, Secure, Delicious Food” as our motto.
