*To provide services for a wide range of ages, and diseases/disabilities in one stop.

*To encourge the growth of the staff, and provide a workplace where the staff feel that their job is worth doing.

*Exchange information with the local community and deepen the connections with the community.

*Work on the construction and operation of a Community Life Support Integration Center (tentative name).
